Manuscript Submission Requirements

Authors are requested to ensure that the following documents and information are included at the time of manuscript submission. Incomplete submissions may be returned for revision before entering the editorial review process.

• Manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
• Complete author information, including full names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, and corresponding author details.
• ORCID iD for all authors (strongly recommended and mandatory where applicable).
• References formatted according to the journal's required citation style, with valid DOIs or direct URLs provided wherever available.
• A Cover Letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, confirming the originality of the manuscript, its exclusive submission to IJCSMR, and its suitability for publication.
• Ethical Approval Documentation, where applicable, for studies involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data.
• A signed Conflict of Interest Declaration from all authors.
• A Plagiarism Similarity Report generated using Turnitin or an equivalent plagiarism detection software. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the similarity index complies with the journal's Plagiarism Policy before submission.
• Any supplementary files, figures, tables, datasets, or supporting materials referenced in the manuscript.

All submitted manuscripts must comply with the journal's Author Guidelines, Publication Ethics, and Editorial Policies. Only complete submissions that meet the journal's requirements will proceed to editorial assessment and peer review.
